A Florida native, Tyler moved to California to pursue her passion in helping others heal their relationship to food and body.  Described as positive, energizing, and sunshine in human form, you’ll always leave feeling rejuvenated in her presence. When she’s not performing with the ‘Lillies, you can find her inspiring and mentoring women through her online community “Food, Body & Soul.”
